Reflection and Conscience

"But that's always the way; it don't make no difference whether you do right or wrong, a person's conscience ain't got no sense, and just goes for him anyway."

“Your conscience is always the way to go; you what you want to do, your conscience is meaning less”

I disagree with this quote, because your conscience is like a voice inside your head telling your right from wrong. Like for ex. You are about to steal candy from the local gas station your conscience comes into play and tells you obviously not to steal. There is also another part in your conscience that also tells you to do the wrong thing. The angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other the prime examples of right and wrong.

One example of Huck’s conscience is going back to get Jim because he knew it was the right thing to do. Also when Huck stole money from the girls and he felt in his conscience that it was wrong he gave it back. Plus when he was at the King and Dukes’ circus there was a man dangling from the sealing so Huck went and helped him. I agree with these quotes because I feel it was the right thing to do.
One time when I was with my uncle down in Birmingham, AL this KKK member called me and my uncle out of our name. He just kept picking and picking with us and my uncle was just fed up with it and tried to fight him but I felt it was wrong so I just pulled my uncle away and we just left.
