Characters: Christina: She is very emotional especially when you insult her.
She is also very high tempered and will argue you down.
She also spends at least thirty minutes in front of the mirror every morning.
Anne: She is kind hearted and is easily stressed out. She always watches out for her children. She will do anything to provide for her children.
Byron: He is also high tempered and will do anything to get his point across. He is also very athletic and takes his games very serious. He is also very protective over his family. This scene takes place in the kitchen at the family table. It is very bright in the room because of the new fluorescent lights. There is a round table and four chairs. The mood of the room is not the greatest there is tension in the room.
Byron: I know we have to move I was wondering can we move to Farmington Hills so I can go to North Farmington High.
Mom: Byron I will think about it I am not making any promises and plus the GPA to play sports is high so can you handle that?
Christina: I don’t want to go to North!
Byron: Why are you always tripping it is not always about you
Christina: Byron why do you have to make all of the decisions. You always telling mom that I cant got to the basketball or football games
Byron: I make the decisions because I am the man of the house. Plus what do you need to go to high school games so bad for YOU ARE IN MIDDLE SCHOOL!!!
Christina: Whatever you are going to be leaving in two years anyway.
Byron: In two years you can make the decisions then.
Mom: Look I tired of all of this fighting you all I am tired and stressed out I have had a long day at work. The kids that I teach argue and cuss all the time. I will be darn if I come home and deal with it.
Byron: Mom I don’t mean to stress you out but I just need to go to North. It is a better opportunity for me to succeed out there. Plus I heard you get a scholarship for just graduating from the school.
Christina: So what am I going to do.
Byron: Obviously I dont really care what you do.
Mom: Who do you think you are?
Byron: No disrespect I am the man of this house
Mom: Whatever but you will respect me and your sister no matter what

Results and Consciences
"But that's always the way; it don't make no difference whether you do right or wrong, a person's conscience ain't got no sense, and just goes for him anyway."
“Your conscience is always the way to go; you what you want to do, your conscience is meaning less”
I disagree with this quote, because your conscience is like a voice inside your head telling your right from wrong. Like for ex. You are about to steal candy from the local gas station your conscience comes into play and tells you obviously not to steal. There is also another part in your conscience that also tells you to do the wrong thing. The angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other the prime examples of right and wrong.
One example of Huck’s conscience is going back to get Jim because he knew it was the right thing to do. Also when Huck stole money from the girls and he felt in his conscience that it was wrong he gave it back. Plus when he was at the King and Dukes’ circus there was a man dangling from the sealing so Huck went and helped him. I agree with these quotes because I feel it was the right thing to do.
One time when I was with my uncle down in Birmingham, AL this KKK member called me and my uncle out of our name. He just kept picking and picking with us and my uncle was just fed up with it and tried to fight him but I felt it was wrong so I just pulled my uncle away and we just left.

My happy place
A familiar place to me is my church. I have been going to my church basically since birth. My church has a lot of activities of course we go there to worship, we also play basketball in the gym. We play football and baseball in the parking lot. I go to church every Sunday and on Wednesdays when I don't have practice. Our church is huge. Plus it is painted white. So I always call it the white house because it is big and when I think of a big white building I see the white house. Since it is a large building it has a big echo running through. It is pretty scary when you are by yourself in the building. It doesn't have a main smell to it. It has a couple of smells in it. After a funeral the whole rest of the week might smell like that funeral, or when the ladies of the church cook a dinner for the church it might smell like collard greens, macaroni, cornbread, yams and punch just to name a few. My favorite thing to eat is the ladies dinner (when the ladies cook the dinner). The aroma is very satisfying to your nose. When you taste the food you get this funny feeling inside of you. You start feeling all warm inside. My dad side goes to this church but to be more specific my little cousin Gee. He is like a little big brother to me. He is always asking for advice and always trying to find a way to play basketball. He looks up to me when he does not know what to do. I feel like I have no worry in the world, I feel at ease when I am there. Like I can go there and be whoever I want to be. I always try to bring my friends with me to church. I also invite random strangers to church with me. This place means a lot to me because of all the things that happen to me in the church. For instance my first kiss, my first love letter, where I got baptized, and basically where I was born at. So this place is very important to me .

Huck Finn Response (Ch.1-Ch.12)
In the book so far Huckleberry Finn is took in by the widow Douglas. The widow Douglas is makes Huck go to school and church. Huck does not like the way he is living so he runs away but comes back. He has six thousand dollars and is forced to give it to the Judge so his dad will not get his money. So his dad comes to town and is acting very fake then kidnaps him. When he kidnaps Huck he abuses him physically and verbally. Huck finally gets the chance to kill his father but just does not have the heart to do it. So we fakes his death with the blood of a pig and he finds a raft and takes it to Jackson Island. While everyone is thinking it is his dad. So the people accuse Pap and Jim for death of Huck.
I really like how clever Huck is in the faking of his death. How he uses the pig's blood and the trail of blood leading to the water. I like how the widow Douglas has Huck in school and Church it is a good influence. I don't like how his dad just came for the money and not for Huck. The widow Douglas is alittle to strict when it comes down to Huck. There is a friendship in this book like Of mice and men.
